Navid is the owner of Imprimerie Victoria, a business that has been located on Victoria Street for several years. He does not understand French very well and did not speak the language until Geneviève, a student at Université de Montréal, gave him lessons as part of the “French in my neighbourhood” project. He has now started to overcome his shyness and speaks the language at every opportunity, which his French-speaking clients really appreciate.
